Steven Buhr is the resident Clinical & Sports Psychologist. For the last 9 years Steven has been working in the field of Clinical psychology, specializing in clinical work with adolescents and adults.
During this time he spent 3 years practicing in London. He has been working in the field of sport psychology for the last 5 years, working with individual sportspersons and sports teams. In 2007 and 2008 Steven was consultant psychologist to the South African PGA, in addition to being the Psychologist at St Stithian's Boys College. Steven has experience in the junior golf world, having worked as consultant psychologist to the Eastern Gauteng Junior Golf Programme in 2007.
Outside of his career in psychology, Steven is something of an adventurer and outdoor freak, having represented the Eastern Cape in Triathlon (2001), been Transition Director for the biggest triathlon in the world, the London Triathlon from 2003 to 2005 and Transition Director for the South African Ironman Triathlon in 2005.
In 1996 Steven represented South Africa in the Camel Trophy, when he was the youngest ever international representative.
